~I celebrated Valentine's Day on the weekend with a parcel (personalized stamps and lipstick and chocolate.  Does it get any better?).  So our little household did more of a friendship day with a picnic of tea and baked apples.  It was delicious and definitely friend-mantic.  New word.  Add it to your dictionaries.

They were so easy.  They were so delicious.  It was like a reverse apple crisp.  They would taste amazing with ice cream (but who can afford that?)
