Ombre

~Things are getting serious here.  Serious with the ocean love.  I even made a shirt to express my ocean love. Kind of.  I've been sighing over the ombre trend since it started but there was never anything in the stores that caught my eye.  So obviously I had to make my own.  I wasn't just dyeing paper over here.  I was dyeing old white shirts that were not so white anymore.  With tintex.  This navy turned out so rich and beautiful.

That looks amazing :O I've been trying to get my boyfriend to take me to Michael's for a while now so I can give it a try. The first time we went the store was closing and I couldn't figure out which dye I wanted.

Have you tried washing this shirt yet? Does the color fade?

I haven't washed it just yet but a little tip I learned from my roomate is to wash it with vinegar and cold water to make it colour fast. Then it won't fade or bleed into your other clothes when you wash them all together. Also, tintex is the best dye I've found so far.
